Activating Wild Creativity: A nature-based exploration of creative expression
With Anna Swisher and Emerson Gale
Sunday, April 2
11 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Sliding Scale: $45-$95
Spend a day immersing your body, soul and psyche in the wildness of nature, guided to awaken your creative expression in any and all ways that feel good. In times that call for courage and activism, we invite you to come explore how your most natural self wants to express its innate gifts, and carry them back into your communities and into the world. We'll spend the day in both group time and solitude, enlivening the senses, playing, moving, singing, exploring, sharing, and connecting with nature. Don't sing? Don't worry. We will explore many modes of creative outlet, finding what works for you. This day intends to nourish, ground, inspire, and activate, and leave you with clarity around how your own unique gifts might be expressed in productive and meaningful ways.
Weather can be highly variable; please bring layers, a warm hat, sun protection, water bottle, journal and pen, and a bag lunch. Good hiking shoes recommended; mandatory walking will be a half mile or less, but there is plenty of time to explore!
